This script will relax the permissions on most files and
directories in the installed Oracle Home, and allow "others"
to access files within the database Oracle Home.
Some of the directories and files (like log, trace, etc.,)
will still have restricted access.
这个脚本让非oracle用户或者非DBA组的用户可以访问oracle_home下的文件。
