cpp base64

string 类型可以存储任意二进制数据，并没有限制存储的字符类型

字符串是按照一定的编码规则的二进制数据，例如 “a” 内存中是0x97,utf8 utf16等编码规则

base64是对于任意二进制数据，转为base64编码的字符串(ascii)

由于string可以存储任意的二进制数据，因此可以作为输入参数
