报错信息：

SDK version issue. This app was built with the iOS 16.0 SDK. 
All iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 16.1 SDK or later, 
included in Xcode 14.1 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution. 
Starting April 29, 2024, all iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 17 SDK or later, 
included in Xcode 15 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution. 

报错原因:

从2023年4月开始，所有提交到应用商店的iOS应用程序都必须使用iOS 16.1 SDK或更高版本构建，包括在Xcode 14.1或更高版本中。
