在 CentOS 8 环境下安装 docker 遇到的一些问题

因为 CentOS 8 已经停止维护了，如果原来系统中的软件源已经被改的乱七八糟了，推荐全部删掉重新下载：

# 阿里云
wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/CentOS-Base.repo https://mirrors.aliyun.com/repo/Centos-vault-8.5.2111.repo

或者自行创建 CentOS-Base.repo，如清华的：
