1.2.4 Sample Test(IV)
Follow-up questions
1. Could the interviewee disagree with the interviewer?(被面试者能与面试者意见相左吗?)
Suggested answer: Yes. Don't be afraid to disagree with your interviewer in an agreeable way. If you don't disagree at times, you become, in effect, a "yes" man or woman.
2. Should the interviewee raise the question about job pays?
No. The interviewer might infer that you are only interested in your own needs and not those of their company. Wait until the interviewer raises the subject.
3. Can the interviewee seek information about the company from the interviewer?
No. It is unwise to ask about things you should have already known. You will only tell the interviewer that you haven't done your homework.
4. How should the interviewee talk about his or her own weakness?
Identify one or two weakness which could also be regarded as desireable qualities, for example, "I tend to drive myself too hard", "I expect others to perform beyond their capacities".
