1.2.3 Background Reading(II)

　　The Interview

　　Firstly, make a positive impression in the first minites. When first meeting the interviewer, be friendly, be alert, and give a decent handshake. Make sure that you present yourself in a way that is comfortable to the interviewer. You and the interviewer must be on the same non-verbal page. If the interviewer speaks slowly and deliberately, do not rush your responses. If the interviewer leans forward to make a point, do not slouch as you respond.

　　Secondly, be clear and concise with your answers. Follow up the points you have made with relavant examples of your accomplishments. You will often be asked about skills that you have not yet developed. When these questions arise, discuss your ability to quickly acquire new skills and become productive.

　　Do not focus on money. You must ensure the amount is acceptable when the interviewer asks what salary you satisfy with. If you are asked about your reasons for leaving past and present positions, your answer should also never focues exclusively on money. You may give reasons such as developing new skills, increasing responsibilities, location, etc.
