　　Everyone will have an experience of job interview. Making a successful interview, you should prepare for the two courses: interviewing and the interview.

　　Interviewing

　　The primary purpose of an interview is to secure an offer. Before you interview, you are simply a candidate. Therefore, you need to prepare. Preparation is critical for the achievement of a successful interview. Understand the enviroment of the organization you wish to join, prior to your first interview. So you should research methods avaible to you: 1. Visit the Company's Web Site; 2. Research Newspaper Articles; 3. Obtain Marketing Materials; 4. Network.

　　Know your background. Remember your responsibilities, achievements, and work history as possible as you can.

　　Bring multiple copies of your resume to the interview. Even if you have hand delivered your resume to the company, it is important to bring fresh copies with you to the interview. Never assume that the recruiter or hiring manager will dig it out before you arrive. Additionally, if you are asked to meet unscheduled company representatives, you will need a fresh copy for each person.
