   Suggested answer: Such details as interests, hobbies, lifestyle, etc. should be taken into consideration because they might give a hint as to whether the applicants can fit into the company.

  as to: 至于,谈到,关于  fit into: 融入

3. Are references for the applicants important?(申请者有推荐人重要吗?)

    Suggested answer: Yes, references are available for employees to prove whether the applicant is telling the truth. 

4. Are personal qualities such as honesty important for an applicant?(申请者的个人品质,比如诚实,重要吗?)

  Suggested answer: Yes, because personal qualities are relevant to the applicant's work performance in the future.
