①If you want to delete an item from the repository, but keep it locally as an unversioned file/folder。You have to hold the Shift key while right clicking on the item in the explorer list pane (right pane) in order to see this in the extended context menu.
删除远程服务器上的条目，保留本地的部分。注意：必须左手按住Shift键，右手点击鼠标。

使用：Extended Context Menu → Delete (keep local)或者是 Tortorse -> Delete (Keep local)
