PhpStorm 启动时报错javax.imageio.IIOException: Can't get input stream from URL

 安装背景插件的问题

两个方法

一、将插件删除

二、Help->Find Action中搜索 ‘background’ 将BackgroundImage点为off即可（背景图一样有效）
