Software engineers shall commit themselves to making the analysis, specification, design, development, testing and maintenance of software a beneficial and respected profession.

In accordance with their commitment to the health, safety and welfare of the public, software engineers shall adhere to the following Eight Principles:

1. PUBLIC - Software engineers shall act consistently with the public interest.
　　公众——软件工程师应与公众利益一致。
2. CLIENT AND EMPLOYER - Software engineers shall act in a manner that is in the best interests of their client and employer consistent with the public interest.
　　客户和雇主——软件工程师应以符合公众利益的方式，以符合其客户和雇主最大利益的方式行事。
3. PRODUCT - Software engineers shall ensure that their products and related modifications meet the highest professional standards possible.
　　产品——软件工程师应确保他们的产品和相关的修改符合最高的专业标准。
4. JUDGMENT - Software engineers shall maintain integrity and independence in their professional judgment.
　　判断——软件工程师应在专业判断中保持正直和独立。
5. MANAGEMENT - Software engineering managers and leaders shall subscribe to and promote an ethical approach to the management of software development and maintenance.
　　管理——软件工程管理者和领导者应该订阅并促进对软件开发和维护管理的伦理方法。
6. PROFESSION - Software engineers shall advance the integrity and reputation of the profession consistent with the public interest.
　　职业——软件工程师应提前与公众利益相一致的行业的完整性和声誉。
7. COLLEAGUES - Software engineers shall be fair to and supportive of their colleagues.
　　同事——软件工程师应该是公平的，并支持他们的同事。
8. SELF - Software engineers shall participate in lifelong learning regarding the practice of their profession and shall promote an ethical approach to the practice of the profession.
　　自身——软件工程师应终身学习，对他们的职业实践，并促进职业道德。

二.个人总结

  软件这门课程已经结束了，对于这种授课方式，开始是很不适应的，感觉不会学，有点累，总有做不完的作业，写不完的博客，编不完的程序，总的来说，力不从心，但慢慢的，通过个人作业，结对编程，团队作业，开始喜欢上这样的学习方式了。通过自主学习，对于计算机软件产生了兴趣，由开始的不懂，到后来有了思路，有了一种“原来我也可以”的想法。其实，编程并不可怕，可怕的是自己不敢，如果有这种想法，就算你有想学习的冲动，也不会去做，因为怕。但是现在对于这门课，有更多的是感激，改变了我以前的思想。这门课程让我对软件的认识有了很大的提升，也更了解了和它相关的工作如何做。

  不仅是从书中获得知识，团队合作作业也给我带来了很大的收获，我所在的团队是Seibertron队，在队长曹鑫宇同学的带领下以及几位能力超强的同学的配合下，相互交流，共同进步，一点点完成我们自己的设计，虽然我的能力不强但是我愿意在这个团队中努力，像他们学习，从他们身上我也学到了很多东西，我也在团队中深深体会到了团结合作的重要性，虽然这学期的课程结束了，但我们依然会继续前进，不停歇。

   今天已经是九月二号了，昨天刚结束了二考，首先感谢老师给了我第二次机会，对上学期的表现也做个自我检讨，我不应该因为跨专业考研而忽略对计算机的学习，不应该不按时完成作业，这是对自己的不负责任也是对这门课程的不负责任更是对老师的都不负责任，虽然已经结束了软件工程这门课程，但是我也从中收获了很多东西，以后会更加努力学习。
