Narrative writing revision

Once, I was the witch who controlled darkness and light, creating a fairytale world of my own with my boundless magic. In this enchanted world, there was a blonde-haired, blue-eyed princess, beautiful and charming, with a head of dazzling hair. I carefully crafted a tower for her, imprisoning her within it, using that strand of hair as the bond between us. Through it, I controlled her life, keeping her from escaping my grasp. I thought this way, I could forever preserve my own beauty and her youthful innocence forever.
However, fate is always full of surprises. That young prince intruded into my territory, challenging my magic with his courage and wisdom. He gradually approached the tower, ultimately undoing my bindings and rescuing the Rapunzel. In that moment, I felt an unprecedented anger and loss. I tried to use even stronger magic to stop them, but it was already too late. Rapunzel had left the tower, embarking on her journey towards happiness, leaving me behind.
Alone, I stood atop the tower, watching that strand of beautiful hair flutter in the wind. Those floating strands of hair seemed like a farewell to me. It was no longer a tool for me to control the princess, but a symbol of her freedom. From then on, I let go of my attachment to Rapunzel and my pursuit of power. I realized that true beauty lay not in eternal youth or the ability to control others, but in the capacity to understand, With this newfound wisdom, I embarked on a journey to heal the wounds of my world, using my magic to bring light and hope to those who had suffered under my shadow.
