RIME5分钟搞定输入法美化

换的原因：写代码时候原始输入法shift键总是会不自觉的切到中文（虽然设置了ctrl+_），很头疼这个问题，虽然原始输入法用起来不错，但是不听话就不乖了，至于为什么不换数字全家桶一类，不想用 :-)

系统windows 8.1

目标：配置的和系统自带输入法一样
