在Ubuntu环境下配置NIMH MEG Core Facility之CTF Tools

网站有提示：

The install script won't work, but you can copy the files manually. First, you'll need additional libraries: libXm.so.3 and libstdc++.so.5. The libstdc++ library is available via apt-get.

# apt-get install libstdc++5

Put libXm.so.3 in /usr/lib. 

Copy the contents of ctf.linux/bin from the installation iso into /opt/ctf/bin. The documentation and other things are optional.

这样就安装完成了。

然后配置一下环境路径：

Red Hat Linux系列下：

$ gedit ~/.bash_profile

在文件的末尾添加

PATH=${PATH}:/opt/ctf/bin
export CTF_DIR=/opt/ctf

Debian系列环境下运行：

$ gedit ~/.bashrc

在文件的末尾添加

PATH=${PATH}:/opt/ctf/bin
export CTF_DIR=/opt/ctf

保存退出，安装全部结束！

如果不安装上面的过程，使用默认安装的话，那就会出现N多问题的，我就是这么做的，然后。。。。

直接执行下面语句：

# cd /tmp/mnt
# ./CTF.install

会出现错误提示：Syntax error: "(" unexpected (expecting "}") 

这时只要把上面的语句换成：

# cd /tmp/mnt
# bash ./CTF.install

就成功执行了。

不过，不要高兴的太早，安装的过程中会出现RPM包无法安装等问题，这是因为Ubuntu不是使用Red Hat系列的，所以肿么办？

网上有许多执行办法，我尝试了几个，无奈，都不太行，最后还是安装网站的指示，人工来拷贝相关文件了。

下面说说缺少libXm.so.3、libstdc++.so.5等问题的解决办法

①启动遇到缺少libXm.so.3问题：

Red Hat Linux系列环境下运行：

yum install openmotif 

Debian系列环境下运行：

sudo apt-get install libmotif3

②如果遇到缺少libstdc++.so.5：

Red Hat Linux系列环境下运行：

yum install libstdc++.so.5

Debian系列环境下运行：

sudo apt-get install libstdc++5
