Plugin ‘org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:‘ not found

今天新建一个Springboot项目，然后在pom.xml就出现了Plugin ‘org.springframework.boot:spring-boot-maven-plugin:’ not found这个错误搜索了一圈找到一个好用的方法

只需要给他加上版本好就行了，至于为什么我也不清楚，希望知道为啥的大佬能指点一哈
