Caffe 生成 libcaffe error:未生成object对象

1.修改 CommonSettings.props 文件下 <CudaArchitecture>compute_xx, sm_xx</CudaArchitecture>，其中"xx" 表示 GPU compute capability。

2.修改CommonSettings.props 文件为 <TreatWarningAsError>false</TreatWarningAsError>
