【mysql】【springboot】启动报错Could not create connection to database server. Attempted reconnect 3 times. Giving up

原因是少了时区，加&serverTimezone=UTC

jdbc:mysql://127.0.0.1:3306/my_test?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8&autoReconnect=true&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=UTC
