最终找到答案，感谢愿意分享的人儿

解决办法：首先检查junit测试单元中引入的配置路径是否正确，然后在pom文件中添加一段testresources文件，指定test文件资源的获取位置，bulid中添加testresources即可。注意点：添加保存以后，clear项目，并且maven要update一下项目，然后大功告成。
