uwsgi 的 ImportError: No module named 'encodings' 错误
在做的项目使用Django做后端，发现使用python3 manage.py runserver时能够正常启动，使用uwsgi时报错

linux上的python版本是2.7,用virtualenv创建虚拟环境目录是python2.7的,你安装了python3使用virtualenv是用python2.7的,只能重新安装
