sharepoint 用户同步不一致问题

最近在sharepoint 发现 site collection 和 user profile db 中的 display name 不一致。

操作步骤 ：

1，我在AD 服务器中修改了testteacher 的display name.

2,执行 下图

3，执行下图

4，执行结果display name 不一致，是什么原因造成的，如果解决. so 和ITD 更新的数据不一致，ITD更新了，so ,没有更新,profile db 也更新了

在网上找的解决办法，没有一项适合我，不知是什么问题造成的。
