【ORACLE】OALL8 处于不一致状态 SQL Error: 17447, SQLState: null

这是我签到的后台报错，重新签到几次就好了。问题是第一次还会这样，再重新签到就好了。艹！网上的没看懂啥意思。主要是我什么都没动，自己就这B样了。
