Woven emblems or patches are ideal for emblems that cannot be accurately embroidered due to the fine detail or small lettering. These are meticulously manufactured to your specifications with detail that is ideal for the most critical applications.
If ordered in larger quantities of 2,500 and up the price difference between a woven emblem or patch is substantially lower in cost then a traditional embroidered patch. A finished, rolled merrowed edge border and heat seal backing can be added to your woven emblem or patches for a small fee.
These woven emblems are available in virtually any shape or size. PVC plastic, self stick and heat seal backings are available for your application needs.
The outer edge borders can be woven satin stitched & laser cut or our merrowed with a rolled style border as shown to the right.
