升级到 macOS 13.1 后, 导致通知无法关闭 （代理软件 /Google Updater）

关闭后，不生效

macOS 登陆项通知 bugs

1. 太多次的重复通知出现，遮挡屏幕，影响正常使用

2. 无法批量一键清除通知，要一个一个的滑动关闭通知

3. holy shit Apple, 为什么明明关闭了通知，却还不停的显示通知呀！

??? notification center 进程，无法强制删除掉， 每次 kill 后就会重新自动生成！
