Change MySQL 5.5 default character-set to UTF8

连接里是linux下的 

在window下my.ini

Add under [client]  the following code snippet:

loose-default-character-set = utf8

Add under [mysqld] the following code snippet:
init_connect=‘SET collation_connection = utf8_unicode_ci’
init_connect=‘SET NAMES utf8’
character-set-server=utf8
collation-server=utf8_unicode_ci
skip-character-set-client-handshake
