吐槽:
思路完全没有问题,但我用Tarjan写的,只用dfs就解决的
我发誓,以后不到迫不得已的时候绝对不会再写Tarjan
分析:
简单说一下思路
先将不是环上的点能删掉就删掉,
再按照环的大小从大到小的顺序去删
这样保证最优
