【Git】Github 创建仓库了如何第一次提交

虽然 github 在没有创建 README.md 文件的情况下有提升，但如果你创建了就不会有提升了，有点麻烦，自己也记不住这么多代码，索性记录下，免得下次再百度或者新建仓库。具体每行是干嘛的，都很简单，百度下就会了。
