【环境配置/报错解决】pip install virtualenvwrapper 报错

解决方法：更新setuptools

报错如上，可以通过安装pbr解决
pip install pbr -i http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple --trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com
最后成功安装virtualenvwrapper
