Linux下的VMware 的常用概念和工具【原创】

1.什么是VMTrac？

　　Trac is an enhanced wiki and issue tracking system for software development projects. Trac uses a minimalistic approach to web-based software project management. Our mission is to help developers write great software while staying out of the way. Trac should impose as little as possible on a team's established development process and policies.

　　而这里的 VM就是指集成到Virtual Appliance 中的Trac。

2.如何安装VMware到 linux server 下 （纯命令界面）

3.如何下载Virtual Appliance并使用？

　　在 http://www.vmware.com/appliances/ 下载适合的服务器类型。

　　在http://<Machine IP:port> 中设置虚拟机的存储位置并加载启动。

4.如何在客户端（一般都是windows OS）连接到服务器端？

　　使用putty这个工具。

5.如何在客户端上传到服务器端文件？

　　使用filezilla，注意选择连接的协议为 SSH。确保server已经安装了该协议（在系统安装的时候就有选择是否安装）。

6.如何将VSS的库转移到subversion 的源码库中 ？

　　好像并不是很难，上传上去就可以了.........
