python3.6+eric6 cv2安装

pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple numpy

pip3 install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple opencv-python

如果是anacond 就不用安装numpy了，直接安装 opencv-python 即可
