关于QII11.1中管脚分配的.csv文件

在QII11.1版本中已经没有像QII10.0之前版本的pins assignment 的选项了，取而代之的是Assignment editor和pin planner这两个工具，使用方法也比较简单(chapter 5 --->Creating Pin Assignments With the Pin Planner)。在此就不再详述.

在QII中对MegaManger 生成的Megafunction IP模块进行例化，并分配引脚按照QII11.1的handbook（Volume 2 ，section2 ，Chapter 5: I/O Management）中介绍的：For more information about creating or customizing IP cores with the Pin Planner,refer to Managing Pins and Groups in the Pin Planner and Create/Import MegafunctionDialog Box in Quartus II Help(online help).

在这里进行顶层管脚分配时，要先生成一个Top-level Design file（在file-->creat /updata -->creat top-leval file from pin planner）,

如果已经分配好管脚，并且生成了管脚分配文件：.tcl, .csv, .qsf, .fx, .pin文件，则可以导入.tcl, .csv, 和.qsf文件，并且使用QII进行查看和修改，

Importing and Exporting Pin Assignments（参考：Volume 2，section2 ，chapter5 :I/O mangement--Importing and Exporting Pin Assignments）.

.csv文件可以通过普通的文本编辑器进行编辑，然后再修改扩展名实现：

例子：

然后修改完扩展名后在pin planner 中导入。
