11:30~12:00，半个小时，英语面试。
果然像@aaronshen同学说的那样，摩根喜欢问两种问题：
一种是 what is xxx?
一种是 what is the difference between xxx and yyy ?
面试风格和和互联网公司截然不同，问的全都是基础的问题，比互联网公司要容易的多(电面)
需要准备的就是英语，各种问题的表达。
面试官上来就先讲了流程：3minutes self-introduction, 10 几个 basic questions, 还可能会让你讲一个你的项目经历，最后是你有什么问题要问他。
这种面试是完全可以事先准备的，而且问的问题就那么几个，搜一下，基本都是固定的。
大概回忆一下问我的问题：
1、what is virtual method? inheritance ?
2、what's the difference between primary key and foreign key?
3、what's the difference between copy constructor and assignment operator?
4、what's the difference between process and thread ?
5、what's the difference between pointer and reference?
6、what is polymorphism(多态)? virtual table, 面试官会追着问的很细，看你是否真的了解
7、what is static method?
8、what's the difference between TCP and UDP?
9、why do you like python?
10、what is singleton?
11、Do you know quick sort?
问了一下他们的工作内容，没听太懂，基本上就是做系统、infrastructure。 90%的时间coding, 10% communicating(cooperating) with other team.
问了他一下Mogan IT 是否有data mining 相关的职位，问的面试官非常意外，他似乎不太清楚我问的data mining指的是什么
说了一堆large amounts of data from database....
以上，处女英语面，整个过程有点儿紧张，问题都知道答案但是有时不知道该怎么表达，1~2个moment大脑处于“放空”状态。
