安装.Net framework 3.5 sp1报错的解决方法

首先我采用一个.Net Frame 清理工具还是不可以，后来我 我用命令

msiexec /regserver注册一下就可以了，要是不行的话，

可以先卸载,用命令：msiexec /unregserver,然后再用msiexec /regserver

注册下就可以了。
