1.Add a Content Editor Web Part to Page
2.Open the <Source Editor...>
3.Copy the 
                "<script src="http://www.thinkpage.cn/weather/js.aspx?c=CHXX0116&l=zh-CN&x=1&d=3&m=1&s=1&w=200&h=250&t=0&fc=0" type="text/javascript"></script>"
