修改mysql默认字符集和排序规则

1.查看当前数据库字符集和排序规则

命令如下：

mysql> SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'collation_%';

mysql> SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'character%';

2.修改my.ini文件，改后内容如下
