博图和scout 中添加profinet通讯方式的外部编码器，参数解释

 

1、博图中添加外部编码器

 

 

Select Data exchange ().
 In Telegram () select the telegram for the exchange of data. You must select the same telegram that was selected during the integration of the encoder. Only telegrams 81 and 83 are supported.
 In Encoder type () select the option Rotary absolute.
 In the Steps per revolution field enter 262144 () and in the Number of revolutions field enter 4096 ().
 Enter the following values in the Bits in incr. actual value (Gn_XIST1) () field:
○ AFS60 = 14
○ AFM60 = 2
 In the Bits in incr. actual value (Gn_XIST2) () field enter the value 0.
 Then click Device configuration ().

 

2、scout中添加外部编码器

 

 Encoder pulses per rev:每圈编码器的脉冲数

 fine resolution (Gn_XIST1)   :  此处填写具体的数值，博图中是2的几次方，即博图中此处填写幂

 fine resolution of absolute value in Gn_XIST2:   此处填写具体的数值，博图中是2的几次方，即博图中此处填写幂

 data width of absolute value without fine resolution : 此处填写编码器的总位数

 

 

 

 注意：一般情况下，Gn_XIST2 and Gn_XIST1在编码器中都会说明其具体数值
