异常1:Could not connect to broker URL

 [时间:2017-02-09 08:51:52] [级别:ERROR] [类:org.springframework.jms.listener.DefaultMessageListenerContainer]  [消息:Could not refresh JMS Connection for destination 'test.queue' - retrying using FixedBackOff{interval=5000, currentAttempts=2, maxAttempts=unlimited}. Cause: Could not connect to broker URL: tcp://0.0.0.0:61616. Reason: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect] 

该链接也许能解决,但我改了没有用.
