Delphi 程序中实现程序自带系统XP主题风格，UAC管理员权限，WIN10支持manifest文件内容

XE2中将上述内容保存为manifest文件，然后如下图添加编译，生成的EXE就自带了UAC默认以管理员权限运行(带有盾牌标识），且标识自身支持WIN10系统，带有XP系统主题风格
