Jsp中无法使用EL表达式的解决方法错误Can not find the tag library descriptor for http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core

错误提示：

Can not find the tag library descriptor for http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core

Unknown tag (c:forEach).

主要原因是缺少

jstl.jar，standard.jar两个Jar包

在工程的WEB-INF/lib文件夹里加入上述两个包，并BuildPath引入即可解决
