SharePoint 2013: The "New Web Application" button is disabled is the central administration

     安装完sharepoint foundation2013后，直接通过url訪问管理中心,想进application management去新建的话会发现新建button是灰色的，即使你用的是系统管理员账号而且是安装sharepoint的账号也是无济于事的

    要解决问题。仅仅要打开開始程序,找到sharepint 管理中心右击以管理员方式打开,OK新建button可用了。
