c++中文输出乱码解决

今天给人写个很简单的整理数据的小程序，一开始用python写。写完想起对面没有环境，转回c++，写完输出中文的时候直接自闭。c++对不同编码的支持是真的菜...
查了一个下午，配了各种环境，结果发现没有哪个库把这个内容给封装得很好，最后还是靠CSDN的代码解决的问题。
