1、  下载 win8: http://msdn.itellyou.cn/
2、  准备 4G 以上 U 盘，下载 win8 U 盘启动制作工具，并制作启动 U 盘：http://pan.baidu.com/share/link?shareid=109708&uk=957058211
3、  安装系统；安装时若需输入密钥：NG4HW-VH26C-733KW-K6F98-J8CK4   |    FB4WR-32NVD-4RW79-XQFWH-CYQG3
说明：零售版的 Windows8 包括“专业版+Core 版（核心版）”，根据安装时输入的密钥决定安装的版本：输入：FB4WR-32NVD-4RW79-XQFWH-CYQG3 则会安装“Core 版”；输入：NG4HW-VH26C-733KW-K6F98-J8CK4 则会安装“专业版”。
4、 按 win 键+X 键，选择以管理员运行命令提示符,然后分别运行以下三条命令，就到电话激活界面，再选择英国
输入：slmgr /UPK  （卸载 key）
输入：slmgr.vbs -ipk  XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX  （X 代表激活用的 key）
输入：slui 4  然后选择英国， 出现电话激活界面的安装 ID（9 组数）。
说明：Make 密钥可激 活专业版和企业版必须是批  量 激  活（Vol）版，零售（retail）版无效。
5、然后FQ用 Skype 打英国免费电话 8000188354 激活（推荐skype6.0国际版）。

6、  需要FQ后才能打通电话。直接用 Skype 打电话会无人接听，打不通；Skype 6.0 下载地址：http://dl.pconline.com.cn/html_2 ... n=0&linkPage=1.html

7、  此时就可以用 Skype 打通电话了。Skype 需要注册账号；拨打电话——英国——8000188354

Win8 激 活备份方法
方法一：用魔方|优化大师备份，重装系统后再用魔方恢复即可。
方法二：先进入 C 盘，找到如下文件夹 把 C:Windows——System32——spp——store  文件夹备份
方法三：1、激 活后，备份以下路径文件夹 C:WindowsSystem32sppstore 文件夹（内含隐藏文件）
还原方法：控制面板 – 管理工具 – 服务 – 找到 Software Protection 服务，停止，然后用你之前激活后备份的 store 文件夹替换 重新安装系统盘下的 store 文件夹（路径为：C:Windows——System32——spp——store）

2、重装系统（新系统的硬件信息，用户名、密码、计算机名等应与上述备份所属系统的设置一致，不一致的没试过）
3、管理员身份运行 cmd 输入 slmgr -upk 回车（清除 Key 信息）
4、Win+R 运行 msconfig-boot-safe mode（设置安全模式启动，选择重启）
5、在 safe mode 下，管理员身份运行 cmd 输入 net stop sppsvc（关闭Software Protection）
6、在 C:WindowsSystem32spp 文件夹下，用已备份的 store 文件夹覆盖该目录下的 store 文件夹;
7、Win+R, msconfig-boot-去掉 safe mode 选勾，正常启动。
8、重启后，cmd（管理员） slmgr -dli（查看激活情况）。

由某windows8群提供，我修理整改了一下内容，应该看得懂吧，学会了打电话，以后自己激活就行了，求人不如靠自己。
注：激活激活office2013和激活win8电话内容是一样的，可以参考
office2013替换key的方法是，控制面板-卸载程序-找到office鼠标右键点击，更改，替换key
