Tableau报错-An error occurred while communicating with Tableau Data Extract.

Tableau Public从网站上下载的twbx文件加载时，报错。

 

 

An error occurred while communicating with Tableau Data Extract.

Unable to connect to the server. Check that the server is running and that you have access privileges to the requested database.
Error Code: 3834846E
Unable to open the requested workbook because the server could not be contacted.
There was problem and the data engine could not start properly.
The table "[Extract].[Extract]" does not exist.

解决办法：

tableau public 版本太旧，下载最近的tableau public解决。
