List of Shortcuts
General
- Right Click on Tile - Copies tile to Stamp Brush (drag to copy larger areas).
- Ctrl + MouseWheel - Zoom in/out on tileset and map
- Ctrl + Plus/Minus - Zoom in/out on map
- Ctrl + 0 - Zoom to standard size on map
- Ctrl + Object Resize - Snaps to the tile grid.
- Ctrl + Object Move - Snaps to the tile grid.
- Middle Click or space bar - Hold to reposition the tile map.
- F5 - Run the default command
- Ctrl + C - Copy
- Ctrl + V - Paste
- Ctrl + X - Cut
- Del - Delete (since 0.8.0)
- H - Toggle highlighting of the current layer (since 0.8.0)
- A - Automapping (since 0.8.0)
- Alt + C - Copy current position of mouse cursor to clipboard (in tile coordinates) (since 0.8.0)
- Ctrl + Shift + D - Duplicate active layer
- F2 - Rename current layer
- PgUp - Select previous layer (above current layer)
- PgDown - Select next layer (below current layer)
- Ctrl + Shift + Up - Move current layer up
- Ctrl + Shift + Down - Move current layer up
- Ctrl + Shift + H - Toggle visibility (only active layer visible / all layers visible)
- Ctrl + PgUp - Switch to left document
- Ctrl + Tab - Switch to left document (since 0.8.0)
- Ctrl + PgDown - Switch to right document
- Ctrl + Shift + Tab - Switch to right document (since 0.8.0)
- Ctrl + G - Display tile grid
- Ctrl + W - Close current document
- Ctrl + Shift + W - Close all documents
- Ctrl + E - Export current document
- Ctrl + T - Force-reload all tilesets used by the current map (mainly useful when not using the automatic reloading) (on master)
When a tile layer is selected
- B - Activate Stamp Brush tool
- F - Activate Bucket Fill tool
- E - Activate Eraser tool
- R - Activate Rectangular Select tool
- Ctrl + 1..9 - Store current tile selection (similar to Ctrl + C)
- 1..9 recall the previous selection (similar to Ctrl + V)
When an object layer is selected
- S - Activate Select Objects tool
- E - Activate Edit Polygons tool
- O - Activate Insert Objects tool
- T - Activate Insert Tile Objects tool
- P - Activate Insert Polygon Objects tool
- L - Activate Insert Polyline Objects tool
When using the brush tool
- Shift + Click - Line Tool, auto place tiles between two cells.
- Ctrl + Shift + Click - Circle Tool, auto place tiles around a radius.
- X - Flip Selection horizontally (since 0.7.0)
- Y - Flip Selection vertically (since 0.7.0)
- Z - rotate Selection clockwise (since 0.8.0)
- Shift + Z - rotate Selection anticlockwise (since 0.8.0)
When using the Rectangular Select tool
- Ctrl + A - Select the whole layer
- Ctrl + Shift + A - Select nothing
In the properties dialog
- Del or Backspace - deletes a property
