上一篇博文以Sharding-JDBC为契机,了解了ShardingSphere大家族的全貌概览,以及Sharding-JDBC的角色定位。

Sharding-JDBC定位为轻量级Java框架,在Java的JDBC层提供的额外服务。 它使用客户端直连数据库,以jar包形式提供服务,无需额外部署和依赖,可理解为增强版的JDBC驱动,完全兼容JDBC和各种ORM框架。

Sharding-JDBC目前已经迭代到4.0.0版本,并且进入了Apache孵化器,但Sharding-JDBC各个大版本之间不支持向下兼容(这里主要描述的是2.x到4.x),大版本和大版本之间犹如断层,如果涉及到升级,就需要改动代码,并且2.x到4.x多多少少都有点BUG,导致在业务系统引进Sharding-JDBC的过程略显艰难。

接下来将介绍Sharding-JDBC的2.0.3版本,以及它的长处和短板。

一、Sharding-JDBC依赖

Sharding-JDBC没有将Spring Schema上传至公网,需引入namespace依赖包。

二、分片策略

包含分片键和分片算法,由于分片算法的独立性,将其独立抽离。真正可用于分片操作的是分片键 + 分片算法,也就是分片策略。目前提供5种分片策略:标准分片策略、复合分片策略、Inline表达式分片策略、通过Hint而非SQL解析的方式分片的策略和不分片的策略。

1. 标准分片策略

对应StandardShardingStrategy。提供对SQL语句中的=、IN和BETWEEN AND的分片操作支持。StandardShardingStrategy只支持单分片键,提供PreciseShardingAlgorithm和RangeShardingAlgorithm两个分片算法。PreciseShardingAlgorithm是必选的,用于处理=和IN的分片。RangeShardingAlgorithm是可选的,用于处理BETWEEN AND分片,如果不配置RangeShardingAlgorithm,SQL中的BETWEEN AND将按照全库路由处理。

2. 复合分片策略

对应ComplexShardingStrategy。复合分片策略。提供对SQL语句中的=、IN和BETWEEN AND的分片操作支持。ComplexShardingStrategy支持多分片键,由于多分片键之间的关系复杂,因此并未进行过多的封装,而是直接将分片键值组合以及分片操作符透传至分片算法,完全由应用开发者实现,提供最大的灵活度。

3. Inline表达式分片策略

对应InlineShardingStrategy。使用Groovy的表达式,提供对SQL语句中的=和IN的分片操作支持,只支持单分片键。对于简单的分片算法,可以通过简单的配置使用,从而避免繁琐的Java代码开发,如  t_user_$->{u_id % 8}  表示t_user表根据u_id模8,而分成8张表,表名称为 t_user_0 到 t_user_7 。

4. 通过Hint而非SQL解析的方式分片的策略

对应HintShardingStrategy。通过Hint而非SQL解析的方式分片的策略。

5. 不分片的策略

对应NoneShardingStrategy。不分片的策略。

标准分片策略、复合分片策略和Inline表达式分片策略要求分片键(即分片字段)必须存在于SQL中和数据表结构中,否则无法正确分片;相反,若分片键不存在于SQL中和数据表结构中,则可以使用Hint方式进行强制路由。

三、分片键

用于分片的数据库字段,是将数据库(表)水平拆分的关键字段。例:将订单表中的订单主键的尾数取模分片,则订单主键为分片字段。 SQL中如果无分片字段,将执行全路由,性能较差。 除了对单分片字段的支持,ShardingSphere也支持根据多个字段进行分片。

四、分片算法

通过分片算法将数据分片,支持通过=、IN和BETWEEN AND分片。分片算法需要应用方开发者自行实现,可实现的灵活度非常高。

目前提供4种分片算法。由于分片算法和业务实现紧密相关,因此并未提供内置分片算法,而是通过分片策略将各种场景提炼出来,提供更高层级的抽象,并提供接口让应用开发者自行实现分片算法。

1. 精确分片算法

对应PreciseShardingAlgorithm,用于处理使用单一键作为分片键的=与IN进行分片的场景。需要配合StandardShardingStrategy使用。

2. 范围分片算法

对应RangeShardingAlgorithm,用于处理使用单一键作为分片键的BETWEEN AND进行分片的场景。需要配合StandardShardingStrategy使用。

3. 复合分片算法

对应ComplexKeysShardingAlgorithm,用于处理使用多键作为分片键进行分片的场景,包含多个分片键的逻辑较复杂,需要应用开发者自行处理其中的复杂度。需要配合ComplexShardingStrategy使用。

4. Hint分片算法

对应HintShardingAlgorithm,用于处理使用Hint行分片的场景。需要配合HintShardingStrategy使用。

五、代码实践

在正式介绍代码之前,有必要先描述下业务背景,便于理解代码的用途。

数据表结构:

表结构中比较有趣的字段是 pay_serial_number ,以 232042018040353088 为例, pay_serial_number 由三部分组成:前5位是固定编码,样例中是23204,中间8位是日期,包含年月日,样例中是20180403,最后5位是随机数,样例中是53088,以上三部分组成了支付流水号。

随着业务量逐渐扩增, settlement 表数据量急剧,需要以时间作为分表条件水平切分数据,分表字段则为 pay_serial_number ,其中的日期则为分表条件。接下来的代码都是以此业务背景展开。

如下代码配置了标准分片策略中的精确分片算法PreciseShardingAlgorithm和Hint分片算法HintShardingAlgorithm。

上面说过,精确分片算法可以很完美的支持SQL语句中的=和IN的分片操作,因此PreciseTableShardingAlgorithm可以很好的支持简单的INSERT、UPDATE、DELETE和SELECT操作。

但如果要通过 pay_serial_number 查询数据就行不通了,因为分片键并不直接存在与SQL中和数据表结构中,而是间接存在于 pay_serial_number 中的时间数据,因此,就需要通过Hint方式来进行分片才能定位到真实的数据表。

 经过上述一波代码后,原以为单元测试可以完美通过,但天有不测风云,月有阴晴圆缺,单元测试竟然失败了,报错日志提示数据表不存在:

抛出错误堆栈后,很纳闷为何没有将逻辑表名 settlement_hint 转换为真实表名 settlement_20180403 ,于是就跟踪了Sharding-JDBC源码。

经过DEBUG,得知所有JDBC操作都会调用 io.shardingjdbc.core.routing.type.simple.SimpleRoutingEngine#route 方法:

 上述代码中, getTableShardingValuesFromHint 返回的 List<ShardingValue> 为空,原因是 getTableShardingValuesFromHint 的入参 strategy.getShardingColumns() 为空列表,而此参数来自Sharding-JDBC的默认实现HintShardingStrategy:

跟踪到此,Hint分片算法无法使用的原因一路了然,这是Sharding-JDBC 2.0.3版本的BUG,但在后续版本4.x中得到了修复。
