Please set $ACCUMULO_HOME to the root of your Accumulo installation.

是因为没有注释掉configure-sqoop中的部分代码，如果注释掉后人有问题，是因为sqoop中lib下commons-lang的jar包不适配（可能是3的）换成2的就可解决问题
