elasticsearch-7.0.0-linux-x86_64.tar.gz
解压之后执行
[context@upright92 elasticsearch-7.0.0]$ ./bin/elasticsearch
占用的默认端口是9200 。可以自己查看

安装插件
寻找与之对应的插件版本进行安装
