2012 投诉信 电子词典质量问题

Dear Sir and Madam,
I'm writing to make a complaint about the electronic dictionary that I bough from your online store the other day.
During my use of the electronic dictionary,the problems have been coming out one by one .The problems I've found are as follows.
To begin with,the appearance is quite different from what it is placed online.What's more,the dictionary often turns off,when I look for a dictionary ,which gives me much inconvenience.Last but not least,I find that some of the keys on the key boards fail to work well.
Considering these factors,I wish you could give the money back or replace it with a new one .Thank you for your consideration.I'm looking forward to your prompt reply.
