浏览器的种类很多，而每个浏览器都有一些自带的或共有的默认样式，对于我们编写的一个页面，在不同的浏览器上却会有不同的展示效果，所以为了让页面获得跨浏览器的兼容性，需要用重置文件 css 代码覆盖浏览器默认的样式来统一样式。
