改善深层神经网络 - 第二课第一周作业 1.2 Regularization

请注意原博客与作业有一些差异而且计算L2 regularization时有一个错误,这篇博客完全正确且与原作业一致
这次作业对同一模型在不使用正则化,使用L2正则化,使用Dropout三种情况进行了对比。

  • 3-layer NN without regularization
    训练集准确度 95% 测试集准确度 91.5%
  • 3-layer NN with L2-regularization
    训练集准确度 94% 测试集准确度 93%
    (我把keep_prob从0.7改成了0.6 取得了测试集95%的准确度)
  • 3-layer NN with dropout
    训练集准确度 93% 测试集准确度 95%
