SYMPTOMS
On : 12.1 version, 

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The "XDO Numeric characters" profile is not setting decimal separators.

CAUSE
The "XDO Numeric characters" profile was intended for some framework pages and is not currently meant for use with EBS and the charcaters need to be selected at run time.
SOLUTION
The "XDO Numeric characters" profile is not currently meant for use with EBS and the charcaters need to be selected at run time.
1. Select Request to Run in EBS form (FNDRSRUN)
2. Click on Language Settings button. For the select Language, place the cursor under the 'Numeric Char' field and select the preferred numeric character set to be used.
